Cesar Espejo's parents originally from Peru and Spain. Cesar lived in Oahu Hawaii for over a decade, remodeling many houses and condos in Waikiki, Diamond Head and Honolulu. Cesar was mentored and inspired by his former grandfather-in-law, Jesse Spencer, local real estate developer in Maui. Moved to California and started his career in Los Angeles inspired by craftsman homes remodel architecture, dedicated to interior remodeling and a later time focusing only in bathroom remodeling because Cesar with over 30 years of remodeling experience, understood that a bathroom, the most important part of the house, is the most used room where electrical and plumbing merge together. He always emphasizes a good bathroom renovation on a home remodel. Because could be costly if not well maintained, bathrooms are used a lot, can be a source of water damage and need to be well maintained.
